HI, I’M DAVID CONTARINI

Health Coach and founder of the 50Fit Program, husband, dad and certified average middle aged bloke. I’m not a famed fitness guru or celebrity chef but I do take my health uber-seriouslyAt 55 my health is my wealth and it’s an everyday investment I know will pay huge dividends in the future – for me and my family. 

I wrote the 50Fit Program using my 10 year experience as a high school physical education teacher to show other middle aged men and women that losing weight the low-carb way will be the most healthy, liberating experience of their lives. And it’s not about ‘going without’, counting calories or fasting all day. It’s simply a return to the way our primal ancestors used to live before we were told eating carbohydrates were necessary for good health. This is categorically untrue and in fact many weight loss strategies are completely detrimental to our health and weight loss goals. 

Once I teach you how live low-carb – to identify the foods to get ‘off’ (sounds like a drug, right?) – and the best movement patterns for better health, losing weight becomes a seamless transition to everyday health.  That’s my promise to you.
